In fact, lofts have become so popular that new buildings throughout the Denver area have been constructed, particularly in Riverfront and Golden Triangle.
Urban or suburban?
Denver is both a city and a county. If suburban living is more your style you can live in further out neighborhoods, still within the city or perhaps in one of the surrounding seven counties. The nice thing about suburban living, is the fact that it's not too far a commute. Generally the furthest community from downtown is only 45-60 minutes away.
