100 Park is a newly remodeled building that’s located in the heart of the Uptown neighborhood. It’s a really nice 
condo conversion that’s affordable and definitely worth taking a look at. This secured building offers many amenities such as a pool that is open and heated year-round, Jacuzzi, barbeque area and there’s even a private dog park (100 Bark Ave.). They also offer free Wi-Fi and free Starbucks coffee at the Internet café on the 1st floor. There’s also a nice fitness center with plenty of cardio machines and weights. They even offer a large supply of wrapping paper in the business center! I don’t know about you, but that’s something I always forget to pick up.
They did a great job renovating this building with hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless 
appliances. You can choose to upgrade your condo so that you do have a stackable washer/dryer. If you don’t want to pay for that upgrade, there are washers and dryers on each floor. And last, but certainly not least, many of the condos have truly stunning views of downtown and the mountains!
You can get all of this starting in the high 100’s and finding a newly remodeled condo in a building that offers this many amenities will be very hard to find in this price range.
