Colorado Grabbed Him!!

res-inca2.jpgA recent buyer client of mine called me last week and said he’s ready to put his loft on the market, a little puzzled I arranged to meet the next day at his loft home. When I arrived he invited me in and I have to maneuver around a mountain bike, a road bike and a pile of rock climbing gear. He exclaimed that he was reorganizing his stuff and this stuff was exactly the reason he had to move. Relocating to Denver from Florida he quickly found that the weather in Colorado made it possible to enjoy the outdoors almost everyday of the year. As a result he picked up a few new Colorado hobbies — snowboarding, mountain biking, cycling (roadie), rock climbing, backpacking & camping.

res-inca1.jpgHe has outgrown his loft but refuses to give up the convenience of downtown living. His Watertower loft with spectacular city views is now for sale and we will be searching for a home in the Highlands with a garage to fit all the gear that comes with his Colorado lifestyle. This loft boasts 1075 square feet of living space — which comfortably fits most urban people and their equipment. The bike is a way of life in this area but so is walking — his car is parked six of the seven days of the week as Coors Field is a five-minute walk and LoDo or Union Station are both shy of ten minutes by foot. This corner unit faces Coors Field with tons of sun and amazing city views day and night, click it out for the details.

I love this loft! Last year when the Rockies were playing in the World Series at Coors Field, I got that wonderful night shot of the stadium just as the fireworks went off!

This loft has such an AWESOME location!
