The Home Builders Association of Metro Denver (HBA) presents The Parade of Homes 2010 that is returning to Denver that showcases many of Denver’s great neighborhoods with new homes. The 2010 Parade of Homes opened August 14 and will run through Labor Day (September 6) and admission is FREE. There are 57 homes open for tours all over Greater Denver at all price points – from under $300,000 and beyond $1.5 million.  During the Parade the weekends are packed full of Home Buying Events, Demonstrations and Workshops to go along with your home touring!  The Parade of Homes website offers a planner that will help you determine which of the 57 homes will be a good fit for your schedule.

New Urbanism Denver areas, Stapleton and Lowry, have homes that will be featured in this year’s Parade:

  • Lowry Town Center ~ Luce.  Condos from the high $300s standard luxury features like high ceilings, open concept floorplans, large outdoor spaces.  All one-level living that comes standard with a den in each floorplan. Two or three bedroom models, 1800-2200 SF.
  • Stapleton ~ Solaris Collection (New Town Builders). Single-family homes available starting at the high $300s.  Energy-efficient homes that come with a standard solar photovoltaic system, 3-5 bedrooms and 1900 – 2500 SF.

These are the urban site that are part of Parade of Homes but I encourage you to check out the entire list of sites to visit so you can customize your our personal Parade of Homes.

If you love the Parade of homes for the luxurious  Dream Homes there are homes open from touring in different areas of Greater Denver starting from $1 million and up.

On August 28th you can Meet a Professional Designer that will discuss interior design and and design trends.  This is just one of the many events that pack the weekends at The Parade of Homes.
