Glass House is a 23-story, glass and steel high rise that is located in the Riverfront Neighborhood that was 
completed in 2007. There are amazing views of downtown Denver and/or the mountains. Some of the units even have a great view of Coors Field! My personal preference is those with an east or south-east view because then you will always have an unobstructed view of the mountains! It’s a luxury building with many amenities that are not often found in Denver – there is a beautiful lobby, which reminds me of a gorgeous hotel in Vegas, and it’s a secure building with a 24-hour door attendant. They serve a tasty continental breakfast served every day in the 8thfloor club room. The club room also features a movie viewing room with a huge flat screen TV, a game area and there are also a few computers set up that residents can use. There is also a large bar area that residents can use when hosting a party or if they just want to socialize with other residents. There is large lap pool, fire-pit and BBQ area that are located just outside of this club room on the 8th floor. This area is on the east side of the building so there are amazing views of downtown! For those of you lucky enough to live in the Glass House, there is also a really nice 6000+ square foot gym located on the ground floor and your membership is included in the HOA fee.
