Krisana Park has grown in popularity with the surge of Denver home buyers that are looking for architecture that’s unique within close proximity to Cherry Creek, I-25 and urban lifestyle.  The movement towards buying only as much home as you need has wildly sparked the ever-popular Krisana Park because on average the homes are 1200 – 1700 square feet.

**The homes in the pictures are not for sale but rather examples of the house styles in the area

The mid-century styling of the floorplans have been tweaked and ultra modern design elements added, like low-profile kitchen cabinets, walls of glass windows, natural wood and stone features.  It’s definitely fun to see these homes and the creative eye the owns have in remodeling these homes.  These ultra mod design could have fallen off the pages of Dwell or Modern Living.

The area is less than two miles from Cherry Creek and about the same distance to Washington Park and City Park.  It’s near all the elements one would want to be near but there’s no traffic or parking issues.
