Spire update

in Downtown

We attended the grand opening party of the Spire on Wednesday night…and wow! I knew it would be a fun event and we’d get to tour a model or two but I was very pleasantly surprised to learn more about this new high-rise and all of the wonderful amenities! Denver now has a place that you can truly live and not have to own a car!  First of all, it’s a great location and you’re within walking distance of 100’s of restaurants and shops downtown. The location is considered a “walker’s paradise” and has one of the highest walk scores in Denver (let us know if you have questions about walk score!). In addition to the great location, there is a light-rail station right downstairs and if you decide that you need to use a car for a day or two or three, you can walk right downstairs and rent one! I absolutely love that idea!

Everyone seems to be talking about their carbon footprint these days and the Spire is one of the largest LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) projects in the country. When properly constructed, living in an “urban tower” is actually one of the most energy efficient ways to live.

The Spire will offer some amazing amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, social area (the Spire Club), BBQ Deck where you can host your own BBQ’s and my favorite amenity is that the Spire will also have it’s own dog park! The dog park, named Brindley Park, is an open air park with a splash pool for the pups and plenty of seating for their owners.

Prices will start in the low 200’s and FHA financing will be available! So if any of this sounds intriguing, give us a call or email and we’ll fill you in on the rest and schedule a time to go take a look.

why is it so difficult to get in touch with a salesperson for the new Spire? Want to buy tomorrow, don’t need financing. Can settle in 2 weeks. Help !!!! Have lost out on previous new construction 1 Bedroom units in the 200’s due to presales .

Monica – I’m sorry that it’s been difficult for you to get in touch with somebody over at Spire! It shouldn’t be that way, the builder’s sales staff is usually very responsive to all inquires.

With the opening party and the move into the Experience Center last week they may not have been plugged in yet. Please don’t worry because Spire homes aren’t available for purchase until April 4, 2009 so you aren’t too late. If you have any questions either, Kim or myself are happy to help you out!
