Every week I receive calls about Spire as it adds to the Denver skyline more people are interested in what’s going on with the building.
Currently condos in the building are not for sale however stay tuned as this fisrt part of 2009 will shed much more light on Spire.
Spire’s amenities will include:
- pools, hot tubs & outdoor grills
- clubrooms & a mutil-media theater
- outdoor dog park
- state-of-the-art fitness center
Prices will start in the low $200′s and units will be available for sale March 2009. Spire will be ready to occupy December 2009. As news developed for the building I will continue to post the information.
