As a long time resident of the City Park area, I was thrilled when I learned about the luxury condos and townhomes that are being built at The Pinnacle! City Park is a gorgeous area and has some of the best views in the city! This area is centrally located (in between Cherry Creek and Downtown) and is one of the few areas that you can get a really great view of downtown and the mountains! Some of the views at The Pinnacle are absolutely stunning!! I really like this project because you can have a gorgeous condo with great amenities, central location, easy access to my favorite park (City Park) and amazing views! 
One of my favorite things about The Pinnacle is the sundeck! There is an extravagant sundeck with a lap pool and year round hot tub! A grilling area with an oversized fire-pit (marshmallows are not included). The clubroom has a hi-def, plasma TV, fireplace, granite topped bar and a full kitchen. There is a really nice fitness center too and it includes elliptical machines, treadmills, free weights and more. The business center has anything that you might need and after a long day at the office, be sure to check out the wine room!
The condo residences at The Pinnacle have high (9+ foot) ceilings, gorgeous kitchens with granite countertops as well as large bedrooms and walk-in closets. The condos with the best views can be hard to get, but definitely worth it! All condos have private, outdoor terraces. The two-story townhomes offer the convenience of a condo and the lifestyle of a single family home but you still have access to all the amenities at The Pinnacle.
The Pinnacle is located across the street from City Park. This 330-acre park recently underwent a multi-million dollar renovation and City Park is also home to the Denver Zoo, the Museum of Nature and Science and an 18-hole golf course. During the summer, they host a Jazz Concert Series on Sunday evenings. This is always a lot of fun and a great excuse to meet up with your friends – don’t forget to bring your picnic basket and a bottle of wine! There are many other festivals hosted at the park throughout the year.
Restaurants in the area include Mezcal, Goose Town Tavern, Café Star (my new favorite!), Pete’s Kitchen and many others! The Tattered Cover is also an exciting addition to the neighborhood! The Tattered Cover is an amazing bookstore that used to be located in Cherry Creek North but due to rapidly rising rents, they decided to move the old Lowenstein Theater, at Colfax and Elizabeth. This was a major score for the Pinnacle residents and the City Park neighborhood!
