The Zi Lofts at 22nd & Blake are looking sharp — with a few short months to go before completion they are looking closer and closer to being complete.
Zi lofts is a Infineum Properties development that will be a residential building with a splash on retail upon completion. The building, due north of Coors Field, has inspiring city & mountain views. The ground-floor will be retail and the second floor is covered parking. The third, fourth & fifth floors are being developed for the 30 loft units, each having there own outdoor space — currently prices for these units are in the mid-$300′s to the mid-$500′s. The two penthouse floors are reserved for the nine two-story penthouse units with a modern design and outdoor space from the living room and bedroom.
On Schedule, this Oz Architecture design is scheduled to be complete at summer’s end — and by the looks of the almost complete facade that seems on target. Currently, there is no show room but floorplans are available.
