The new development, Zi Lofts, is coming right along. The building that is jump away from Coors Field at 22nd & Blake (2229 Blake St.) is getting taller by the day. When it is complete the build will feature ground-floor commercial space and six stories of residential lofts & townhomes.
The translation for ‘Zi’ is graceful and beautiful which is being built into the design, by Oz Architecture. An Asian inspired Zen garden will adorn the interior common area and individual units will have custom tile, fireplaces and stainless steel kitchens. The floorplans look open and windows bring in lots of light. The building will be complete Spring/Summer 2008 and there are still units available priced between $300,000 and $1,300,000. The location in historic LoDo has spectacular city and mountain views.
